In a dramatic reading at the Grand Théâtre de Québec on September 6, the final version of the Sovereignty Bill was unveiled.  The bill would be tabled in the National Assembly awaiting the result of the referendum.

"No one can reproach Mr. Couillard for wanting to go toward something that, in his point of view, is positive, because … he's gotten himself into a real mess after all the revelations that keep accumulating week after week," he said.
"We mustn't forget that eating squirrel and beaver is part of a long tradition in Quebec and elsewhere in the world," he wrote in "Au Pied De Cochon Sugar Shack."
